Who We Are

Workspace Whisperer is owned by Kathy Clune, who has been involved in office relocations for decades. She has a background in sales, space planning, people, project & program management in several major metropolitan areas of the U.S. including New York City, San Francisco, and Washington D.C.

Contributing to Kathy's appeal is a temperament that excels at soothing ruffled feathers, but is equally comfortable advocating for her client. Throughout assignments that often last a couple of years, her unwavering role is to move the project forward as smoothly as possible without finger-pointing or fault-finding.

Her careful, detail-oriented, work has earned her a reputation for effectiveness and integrity.

The tens of thousands of details involved in a major office relocation can create a pressure-cooker environment where frayed nerves invite miscommunication, finger-pointing and dampened spirits. That just leads to mistakes and delays.

The philosophy of Workspace Whisperer is to work quietly behind the scenes to keep all parties focused on the final goal of a smooth and successful transition. To that end we provide guidance, coordination and technical advice to our clients as well as all parties involved in the buildout.

Our Team

Workspace Whisperer operates as an independent contractor for clients. We have a scalable workforce of expert project managers, subjected to extensive background checks. They have committed to Workplace Whisperer's standards and philosophy and can be drawn on as needed to handle projects of any size. The absence of the overhead of a brick and mortar headquarters and permanent workforce is reflected in the hourly rates we can offer clients.

In memory of a sweet soul, fellow PM and friend, Corey Johnson, we began supporting an organization near and dear to Corey's heart in 2016. We are pleased to announce a new affiliation with Anatta World Health & Education Outreach, responsible for establishing and supporting medical and educational programs for children with deserving and under-supported organizations worldwide, operating in impoverished circumstances.
